The Divisional union of Ghana Airport Company has declared strike actions and accordingly directed all the general staff to withdraw their services at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA) from Friday, February 26, 2021 until further notice.

According to a press release sighted by insidergh.com, this line of action taken by the general staff was necessitated by the Ghana Airport Company Board’s attempt to shelve an investigative report which confirms allegations of mismanagement and abuse of office levelled against Mr. Yaw Kwakwa, the Managing Director.
