The Functional Executive Committee (FEC) of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has taken a final decision on the anti-party activities of Mr. Samuel Koku Anyidoho, a former Deputy General Secretary of the party.

At its meeting on 27th July, 2021, the FEC of the party considered the report and recommendations of the National Disciplinary Committee on the case of misconducts and anti-party behavior filed against Koku Anyidoho.

According to documents available to, the National Disciplinary Committee observed that Mr. Koku Anyidoho did not respect the structures of the party and the authority of the FEC and NEC.

In it’s recommendations, the National Disciplinary Committee stated that having found Mr. Samuel Koku Anyidoho liable and his conduct very reprehensible, he must be outrightly expelled from the party in accordance with Article 48 (9) a of the NDC’s Constitution.

The FEC of the party has however unanimously adopted all the recommendations of the National Disciplinary Committee of the party, and further ordered him [Koku Anyidoho] to return all party properties in his possession.
