Reports reaching the News Desk of holds that the Ghana Police Service has allegedly arrested one of the armed robbers involved in the infamous Korle Bu Bullion Van attack.

As reported on 14th June, 2021, three armed men on two motorbikes number unidentified, attacked and robbed a bullion Nissan van with registration number gt 8592 w with the inscription mon-tran company.

The incident claimed two lives thereby making Ghanaians uncomfortable as they keep wondering whether we are safe as a country or not.

A situational report filed by the James Town District Police Command who were the first to reach the crime scene has identified the deceased police officer as General Constable Emmanuel Osei of the national SWAT unit with the service number 58449.

The onlooker who was also shot dead has been identified as Afua Badu aged about 40.
According to a police spot enquiry, Afua was pursued and shot for raising an alarm.
