The Member of Parliament for Nhyiaeso Constituency in the Ashanti Region, Dr. Stephen Amoah, has reacted to how social media users are trolling him for his choice of words during a submission on the floor of Parliament last week.
While contributing to a debate on the floor of Parliament, the first time MP made a long-winding and “confusing” statement using higgledy-piggledy, mumbo jumbo and abracadabra when he spoke about the fight again corruption in Ghana.

He revealed that all those words he used are vocabularies and that he used them in the right context to spice up his debate on the floor of the House.
“I use those words; higgledy-piggledy, mumbo jumbo and abracadabra because they are all vocabularies and I think I usede them in the right context,” he stated.
He noted that “sometimes you need to spice the debate. I was trying to say that we should bury this disorderliness, this debate, this argument, and confusion.”
According to him “it’s not all the time that Parliament needs to be serious … it’s like we are fighting. They were all happy and excited.”
“They just came, I didn’t decide. I was just flowing and it came and sometimes you need to spice up the debate,” he further stated.
