The Member of Parliament for Gomoa West in the Central Region, Hon. Richard Gyan-Mensah has paid a working visit to BECE Candidates across the Gomoa West District ahead of their examination..

The Lawmaker noted that his visit was basically to interact with candidates in this year’s Basic Education Certificate Examinations (BECE).

During his tour of all the schools in the district, the lawmaker made a donation of mathematical set to each of the candidates in Junior High Schools through Gomoa West.

In all, a total of 2800 Mathematical Sets have been made available for distribution to the 2752 candidates writing this year’s Exams in the Gomoa West District.

The MP also seized the opportunity to urge the students to be confident, focused and eschew any form of examination malpractice.

Hon Richard Gyan-Mensah believes that his visits and the donation of Mathematical Sets will help to boost the morale of BECE candidates in his constituency and inspire them to give off their utmost best in the exams.

“I look forward to joining in the celebration of their success story. Once again, I wish our candidates the very best of luck in the Exams,” he stated.

This year’s edition of the annual Basic Education Certificate Examination will start on Monday, November 15, 2021, to Friday, November 19, 2021.
