The Member of Parliament for North Tongu Constituency Honourable Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has detailed plans about the construction of a Multimillion Dollar cassava processing company in his North Tongu constituency in the Volta region.

The member of parliament took to Facebook to share progress of plans for the construction so far and promised that the factory will be completed by next year and start full operation.

The factory is a cassava processing factory and the member of parliament shared how the North Tongu Cassava Starch Processing Factory will look when completed next year.

The project will be one of the major projects being undertaken by the member of parliament for North Tongu Constituency. The 15,000 tonnes per year cassava processing factory will open a lot of opportunities for people to North Tongu Constituency

This will provide a guaranteed market for our dynamic cassava farmers and thousands of new jobs for the youth.
