Information reaching indicates that Some 15 Fix The Country protesters who massed up at the entrance of the Law Court that was hearing their case have been arrested.

According to our source, Efia Odo, one of the famous faces behind the campaign is part of those who were arrested.

Reports available to us reveals that the arrested members were seen outside the court building, holding placards with various inscriptions about the need to fix the country.

Moments before the arrest, the protestors were seen entering the court premises and taking pictures with Efia Odo, one of the conveners who had stepped out of the court premises ahead of the delivery of the ruling.

According to some of the conveners, a police officer on duty at the court instructed them to leave the premises and later called for backup.

The Director of Operations at the Accra Regional Police Command led the team to initiate the arrest.

The reasons for their arrest are not yet known.
