There has been another bullion van attack today on the Kasoa- Winneba Highway, InsiderGH.com can report.
This comes just 3 days after the James Town bullion van robbery, during which a policeman and one other civilian were killed.
According to our sources, another bullion van has come under attack at Gomoa Okyereko on the Kasoa-Winneba Highway.
The incident happened on Thursday, June 17, around 4:00 pm.
The bullion van, which was heading towards Winneba, was targeted by some armed men whose identities are not immediately known.

The robbers shot the front passenger seat, where a police escort was sitting, shattering its window in the process.
According to reports, the police escort ordered the driver to speed off upon observing the unusual movement of the robbers, while he called for reinforcement.
The Winneba Patrol team dispatched to Mpata Junction rushed to the scene and started a gun battle with the robbers, overpowering them in the process.
Fortunately, all the passengers in the bullion van escaped unscathed and no property was stolen.
